Eating healthy is a major struggle for a lot of people. I have a degree in nutrition and still struggle with eating the right things for my body. 100% Pineapple Juice
Whenever I am craving sweets like sour patch kids (my fave), or a sno-cone. I grab a can of pineapple juice. It’s so refreshing and the sweet tart flavor satisfies my craving for sweet and sour candy. A small can of 100% pineapple juice (no added sugar) is 100 calories and contains 24 grams of sugar (kind of high). You’ll receive 100% of your daily need for vitamin C.

Honey Stinger Waffles
The first time I tried a Stroopwafel, I was appalled by how sweet it was. While it was tasty, it was too much sugar in one little waffle. One day I stumbled upon the Honey Stinger Waffles while shopping and decided to give them a try. The Honey Stinger Waffle has 3 grams less sugar than a traditional Stroopwafel and 20 less calories. Plus, it tastes a whole lot better in my opinion. I really like the original honey and vanilla flavors.
Possibly the best alternative to eating candy and sugary snacks, fruit is nature’s candy. I love cherries in the summer and I really like pineapple and strawberries. These three fruits taste the most like candy and they are completely guilt free.
