Galentine’s day is the perfect day to enjoy a girl’s night in or out on the town. Time with our girl gang is so important because they are some of our biggest supporters and cheerleaders. Hitting a cocktail hour or hosting a chick flick night is the perfect time to dream up that perfect guy. I love talking about guys and dating. It’s fun and light-hearted and keeps my thoughts about relationships healthy. If one of your girlfriends recently went through a breakup, this is also the perfect time to show your support and help her move on.

Galentine’s Day Fashion

I recently wrote a Valentine’s Day style article for Culture Map Austin. And during the photo shoot, I wanted to visit areas that would be perfect for a date. The above photo was taken on the pedestrian bridge here in Austin, Texas. I love looking at the graffiti and Lady Bird Lake is always a fun attraction. I was so blessed to be able to team up with Austin boutique Kiki Nass and Raven + Lily who are also based in Austin, Texas. One of my favorite looks was this sassy fringe skirt from Wild Rebellion and red lips tee from Lauren Moschi. My cousin Cherell who played photographer for the day fell in love with the tee-shirt. So I’ve linked some similar styles from that photo shoot below. My ankle strap flats are my go-to and are by Chinese Laundry. And these bubble gum pink ones are calling my name. They have so many fun styles like these and these cute pompom ones that I love. I first spotted these on Austin blogger Dani Austin. You can see how she rocks the pompom style here.

Below I’ve rounded up some cute g-day friendly eco-fashion picks! Floral prints, sexy and love inspired fashion. What’s your favorite way to spend Valentine’s day? I want to know, drop me a comment below!

Xoxo!
