How’s it going guys? It’s been a minute since my fingers have graced my keyboard to present you with a new blog post. Well the truth is… I’ve been busy. Doing what you ask? Well, we’ll get into that a little later. For now, let’s celebrate that Naked Nutrition has brought me out of semi-retirement to present to you their seasonal and MOST delicious protein powder.

Naked Nutrition was founded by a former cross country all-American athlete Stephen Zieminski desired to create a health product that didn’t contain harmful or non-nutritive chemicals and substances after noticing the deficit in the market. Stephen’s vision included creating products with no artificial flavors, colors or sweeteners and no mixing agents, and thus Naked Nutrition was born.

When Naked Nutrition reached out to me to try their newest product, I was a little on the fence. But I did my research on the brand and their mission and purpose and all my collaboration requirements began checking off in my head…

“Is it sustainable?”, check!

“Would I use this product if I wasn’t getting paid to write about it?”, check!

“Does it fit within the theme of my blog?”, Absolutely! Check!

“Can I make this authentic to me and my life?”, CHECK!

So you see, it really was a no-brainer to collaborate with Naked Nutrition to promote their newest fall inspired protein shake. Now what I like best about the Naked Shake Pumpkin Spice Flavored Protein Powder is that it is incredibly flavorful. I’m used to protein powders that are bland and in my opinion, not sweet enough. I often add some frozen banana chunks to the shake and blend it in a blender to add some natural sweetness. That’s not necessary with this shake. Now, I do recommend adding banana if you want to thicken the texture or you can freeze some almond milk in an ice tray and use a few cubes when blending up your shake.

Now I know you want to know all the facts about this shake. This huge container holds 990g of deliciously good and good for you protein powder. That’s about 30 servings if you follow the recommended serving amount. This is a vegan shake so the main protein source is pea protein. You’ll get a whopping 20G of protein in each serving. I just started the Daniel Fast (we’ll talk about that another day) and on this fast, I can’t have any animal products so you better believe I’ll be drinking a lot of pumpkin flavored protein shakes in lieu of meat. I’m not complaining about it though! And for you fitness buffs, you better believe that this shake has a stellar amino acid profile. You can check it out here

I also want to mention that besides vegan protein shakes, Naked Nutrition has other health products such as protein cookies, sports nutrition supplements, and powdered peanut butter (YUM!!). I’m really eager to try their strawberry banana protein shake.
