I had the idea for these street tacos on one of those days where I really wanted meat. But with brands like Impossible Meat and Beyond Meat, I knew that there had to be a healthy and tasty alternative to satisfy my cravings that day. As I was perusing the shelves at my local grocery store, I saw that Upton Naturals has a line of flavored seitan meat alternatives. You may have heard about Upton Naturals in my other recipe article Simple Plates Fantastic Vegetarian Sliders. They marinate jack fruit in a way that resembles meat. It’s ok but not great. But, I decided I wanted to give their seitan a try anyways.
