Happy New Year everyone! I’m not sure if its just me, but I don’t really feel the excitement that I typically feel about the new year. Yesterday felt like just another day. And instead of watching the ball drop at midnight, I binge watched Dr. Pimple Popper because there is just something so satisfying about watching people pop enormous pimples. Yes, its gross I know, but it really fascinates me.

Even though I’m not in full resolution mode, I know many of you are. Even I can appreciate the self-reflection inspired by another year past. And one thing I wanted to do was create a way to inspire people to stay consistent with their goals to get fit and eat healthily. This is probably one of the biggest goals of the new year. I know how difficult it is to create a new habit and have it stick. Recent research suggests that it takes an average of 66 days to form a new habit. Discipline is perhaps one of the hardest things to master in life. But its definitely possible.
